7. Surgery and Treatment Charges

  • Costs of surgeries, medical procedures, and therapies. 

8. Diagnostic Tests 

  • Expenses for blood tests, X-rays, MRI, or other medical investigations, are covered subject to hospitalization related to some disease routine investigations & test are not covered. 

9. Medicines and Drugs 

  • Prescribed medicines related to your treatment. subject to hospitalization 

10. Pre- and Post-Hospitalization Expenses 

  • Costs incurred before admission and after discharge (like tests, OPD and Medicine expensive) 

What May Not Be Covered 

Not every expense is covered under health insurance. Some exclusions may include: 

·         Non hospitalize treatment until listed under policy

·         Cosmetic or selective surgeries

·         Non-prescribed over-the-counter medicines

·         Dental or vision treatments (unless specified in your plan)

·         Pre-existing conditions (if waiting period applies)

·         Obesity/Weight Control

·         The cost of spectacles, contact lenses, hearing aids, crutches

·         Treatment for Alcoholism, drug

·         Congenital external diseases

·         Any treatment received outside India
